Christmas Warm Up

During the next Christmas holidays, from 3 to 5 January 2020, the Ballet School of Rome organizes Christmas WARM UP, intensive lessons open to all students of schools and dance academies, starting from 9 years of age. On the program, every day, afternoon lessons of classical and contemporary technique with the teachers of the Ballet School of Rome in the presence of the director Paola Jorio.

AIMS

After the days of family celebration, we return to the room to recover the rhythms of study and to better prepare for the new year: on the occasion of WARM UP, the teachers of the Ballet School of Rome will hold daily classes of classical and contemporary dance, specially designed to get the body moving again through targeted and gradual exercises. Present during all the WARM UP days, the director Paola Jorio will supervise the classes accompanying the students on an intensive training and technical and stylistic study of classical dance. A special program, during the WARM UP, is also provided for contemporary dance lessons, dedicated to the creative reworking of the study elements with the masters and choreographers of the Ballet School of Rome.
An opportunity to consolidate the basic knowledge of the technique by putting it into practice under the expert eye of the masters, but also to prepare mentally and physically at the beginning of a new year of dance in the sign of the professionalism and educational excellence of the School of Rome ballet.
