It is the training path towards the elegance and rigor of dance. Thanks to simple and targeted exercises, the child will have the opportunity to get to know the dynamic potential of his body by experimenting with the basic principles of the technique (weight, balance, space, rhythm) through the execution of the first exercises at the bar and in the center. The small overhang is set, muscle work strengthened through specific “ground bar” exercises and the study of en dehors is introduced. The study of coordination and pace is resumed and strengthened.<\/p>\n
